My physiotherapy approach is holistic and aimed at improving health and functional capacity — and it begins with your feet and walking. I have a passionate desire to help people break free from the constraints of modern life and restore the body's natural ability to move well.
I will meet you with presence, respect, and attentive listening to your story. I don't focus solely on pain or symptoms - I help you understand your body and how it moves, so you can make better and more sustainable choices for your wellbeing.
Together we explore the background of your situation and look for ways to strengthen your body's functional ability and your confidence in it. You'll receive clear guidance and practical tools to help you move toward your goals - one step at a time.
In my work I use simple mobility and movement control exercises, calming breathing practices for the nervous system, and fascial work as needed to help release tension in the body.
I don't offer quick fixes — I offer presence, understanding, and support for initiating sustainable change.
