WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ATSI 3 SERIES?
ATSI 3 Series is like a gentle yet powerful wake-up call for the body. It can free your posture and movement, but it is not a miracle cure. If you have an acute inflammation, illness, or any uncertainty about whether the treatment is suitable for you, please consult your doctor first.
This method is particularly effective in working with chronic, structural pain, but it is not first aid for acute injuries.
You are welcome to start with a single structural bodywork session to feel whether the method is right for you.
However, the full three-session series goes deeper and supports more lasting change. The sessions should be spaced so that your body has time to process the new information, but not so long that it forgets it before the next meeting.
We begin with conversation and observation: how you stand, how you move, and how you carry yourself. Based on this, I begin working with your body—using fingers, hands, and forearms—while you move, breathe, and sense. The work may feel like a deep stretch, sometimes burning, but it should not be painful.
Please communicate openly with me so we can find the right way to work together and open your body safely.
Sometimes pain stored in the tissues is more than physical—it can be intertwined with emotions and memories you may not be consciously aware of. I am not a psychologist, but I am trained to work gently and respectfully with these moments if your body brings them up.
Each session focuses on different layers and connections within your body. The work does not always take place where you feel the symptom, but rather where the impact is greatest.
For example, whiplash from a car accident may be a neck issue for a few days, a whole-back issue within a couple of weeks, and over time, an issue affecting the entire body.
Between sessions, you may experience many things—physical sensations, emotional waves, even memories.
Often this is a sign that the body has begun to open and reorganize itself. If anything concerns you, you can always reach out to me.
ATSI 3 Series is a process with a beginning, a middle, and an end. It does not continue indefinitely. Its purpose is to return you to your own movement - to what life itself already offers.
If you wish, you can repeat the series after a few months, or maintain the results through yoga, mobility training, or any way of moving and being that feels right for you.
