HOW TO PREPARE FOR ATSI 3 SERIES?

ATSI 3 Series is a process designed to gently wake your body back into balance, restore your sense of posture and orientation, and help you loosen the grip of modern-life rush and stiffness.

Not every suggestion may be right for you - approach them with curiosity and choose what feels true to you.

I recommend keeping a small journal during the process. Write down sensations, dreams, thoughts, or changes in how your body feels—before and after each session.

You might begin by simply looking at yourself in the mirror and asking: What do I like about my body? What don't I like? Where do I feel ease, and where do I feel pain? Your body's history - injuries, surgeries, learned patterns, and role models - has shaped you more than you may realize.

Before and after each session, take a short walk. This helps you notice changes and gives your body time to reorganize. You could, for example, park your car a bit farther away and walk the last stretch calmly.

During the session, you'll benefit most by allowing me to fully work with your tissues. It's natural to tense up in response to touch, but the best results come when you're able to stay present and allow your body to open. If anything feels too much - pressure, pace, or emotion - tell me right away. You know yourself best.

At times, the work may bring up strong emotions or memories. These are forms of energy releasing from the body - part of the process of letting go. Stay present, breathe, and remember that no feeling is permanent.

Between sessions, listen to your body. You may feel like moving more - dancing, stretching, going for a walk - or, on the contrary, resting more. Give your body what it asks for. If you sit a lot, take regular breaks and move often. Prolonged stillness is demanding for the body.

On the evening after a session, a warm shower can help your body recover. It's common to feel new tensions or aches in the following days as tissues search for a new order. These usually pass within a few days—if they don't, let me know.

Don't try to hold yourself in "good posture." The purpose of this process is to find your body's natural balance, not to force it into a mold. Allow your body to discover its own new alignment and length—its own rhythm is wiser than any instruction.

I may give you small exercises to support the change in daily life. Do them gently and often, not by forcing. Change happens by noticing when old habits try to return—and letting them go. Over time, your body begins to recognize this new way of being, and it becomes a natural part of you.

Your body will also let you know if something in your environment - such as your sitting position or desk height - no longer suits your new balance. Stay curious and listen to these messages.

Change does not disappear even if the new sensations fade over time. Your body has received and integrated it.

ATSI 3 Series is not just a treatment— - it is a journey toward a more effortless, alive body.

Enjoy the journey. This work is deeply meaningful to me, and I have spent a great deal of time learning how to support you in this way. It's a pleasure to walk alongside you in this process - a journey of discovery, release, and movement.
