WHAT IS ATSI 3 SERIES?
ATSI 3 Series or formally Anatomy Trains Structural Integration 3 Series, is a series of three 2-hour treatment sessions focused on balancing posture and movement by releasing tension in the body's fascial structures and improving glide between them.
The treatment is based on the Anatomy Trains concept, which maps the body's myofascial lines and their influence on posture, movement, and overall body function.
It is an excellent tool if you want to:
-
release tension and tightness in the body's structures
-
relieve long-term or chronic pain
-
increase movement capacity and make movement feel easier
-
clarify and improve body awareness
HOW DOES THE ATSI 3 SERIES PROGRESS?

During the first session, we assess your starting point through an initial interview, discussing any expectations and setting goals. The hands-on work focuses on the lower limbs and the pelvis. The aim is to bring balance to the structures of the lower body and create a stable foundation for standing and moving.
The session concludes with relaxation of the neck and integrative work on the back to help the body absorb and integrate the changes made.

During the second session, we work through the upper body and arms. The goal is to bring balance to the structures of the upper body, allowing the shoulders and arms to function more effectively, and to create the conditions for efficient, unrestricted breathing.
The session concludes with relaxation of the neck and integrative work on the back to help the body absorb and integrate the changes made.

The third session focuses on the spine, neck, and head. The purpose of this session is to balance the curves and rotations of the spine and to integrate the back, neck, and head into the now-balanced whole.
Once the series is completed, the work continues on its own as the rebalanced body finds its place within the demands of everyday life, work, and hobbies.
ABOUT THE SCHEDULE
The ATSI 3 Series is recommended to be completed at a regular pace - for example, every other day, once a week over three weeks, or every other week.
It's good to be aware that spreading the process over a longer period of time may lead to weaker results, as the body may revert to old movement and posture patterns.
If desired, the ATSI 3 Series can also be completed again.
However, it's recommended to allow at least a four-week break between series so that you and your body have time to settle into the new state.
